Nice and easy to make and very tasty. I had it with long grain rice with mushrooms.
I used three loins which was about 500gm and plenty and it didn't need any extra water.

This was so tasty. I don't like chilli so I omitted it and the garlic salt and substituted crushed garlic and celery salt which I found lurking in the cupboard. A wonderful combination. Next time I will try leaving out the potato and adding rice instead. Really great easy meal. - 10 May 2012
Made this yesterday & it was amazing. I added prawns along with the haddock loin & used chorizo sausage instead of bacon, It has soooo much flavour, this will become a favourite winter warmer meal for us x - 14 Oct 2013
