    Ingredients
    Serves: 6

    • 910g large prawns, peeled and deveined with tails attached
    • 235ml beer
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min

    1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well to coat the prawns. Place in a large shallow dish and refrigerate. Let marinate for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    2. Heat oven grill. Drain prawns. Thread prawns onto six 14-inch skewers, through neck and tail, so that prawns will lie flat. Place skewers on a lightly greased grate of an oven grill pan.
    3. Grill 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn skewers and grill for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until prawns turn pink. Serve warm with cold beer.

This was incredibly easy to make. The only time delay is waiting for the marinade to do it's stuff. This would be an excellent munchie during football season!  -  14 May 2002  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
