About this recipe: Fresh blueberries baked with the bright citrus flavours of lemon juice and rich orange liqueur for a sweet, fruity tart delight. The orange liqueur really brightens the taste of the blueberries and balances their natural sweetness with a deep citrus tang. After baking, the tart is chilled and garnished with fresh whipped cream for an after you won't soon forget!
