    About this recipe: A multi-fruit yoghurt smoothie made with tropical flavours of banana, pineapple, strawberries and orange.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 banana
    • 125g yoghurt
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar
    • 60ml pineapple juice
    • 155g fresh strawberries, tops removed
    • 1 teaspoon orange juice
    • 1 teaspoon milk

    1. Blend the banana, yoghurt, sugar, pineapple juice, strawberries, orange juice and milk in a blender until smooth.

    I'm loving smoothies lately and it's way better making them at home than buying them in the shops, not to mention cheaper. I've been making this one regularly and i don't really measure - just chuck it all in and whizz it up. Lovely! - 16 May 2013
