    About this recipe: A quick and easy marinade that will knock the socks off anyone who tries it. The sauce is made with hot pepper sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

    Makes: 6 tablespoons

    • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. Mix the hot pepper sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl; season to taste with salt and black pepper and pour over steak of your choice. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

    I was making the recipe *Freeda's Fabulous Fish" from here and it called for a soy-based steak marinade. Since I wasn't sure what that was, I used this recipe. Woozers, it made a great fish dish! Thanks!  -  20 Jun 2011  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
