About this recipe:This is a great vegetarian pasta, which is packed full of protein. It's easy to make and everyone will enjoy it. Pasta is tossed with radishes, cucumber, chickpeas and feta cheese.
100g pasta bows (farfalle)
250ml Greek salad dressing
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 radishes, finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 (410g) tin chickpeas , drained
110g crumbled feta cheese

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta and return to the boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and cool under a running tap.
Place the Greek dressing and mayonnaise into a large salad bowl. Whisk together until smooth and well blended. Add the cooked pasta and stir lightly to coat the pasta. Sprinkle on the radishes, cucumber, chickpeas and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently.
Cover the salad and refrigerate until ready to serve.
