    About this recipe: A deliciously different pasta salad, which will be loved by everyone. Linguine is tossed with crab sticks, salad greens, coriander and avocado in a soy sauce dressing.

    Serves: 8 

    • 450g uncooked linguine pasta
    • 250ml soy sauce
    • 125ml extra-virgin olive oil
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 75ml distilled malt vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 285g mixed baby salad greens
    • 225g crab/seafood sticks, chopped
    • 1 bunch chopped coriander
    • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Place linguine in the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente; drain.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, vinegar and sesame seeds.
    3. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the soy sauce dressing, greens, crab sticks, coriander and avocado. Chill until serving.
