75g egg pasta
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150g chopped onion
1/2 (300g) tin chopped mushrooms, drained
135g diced cooked ham
130g diced Gruyere cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Toss pasta with 2 teaspoons of the oil. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and saute onion over medium heat until soft. Combine pasta, onion, mushrooms, ham, cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 3 litre baking dish. In a bowl mix together egg and milk; pour over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
