450g pork sausagemeat
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
250ml ready-made cheese sauce
450g German rye bread, cut into 4cm squares

In a large frying pan, cook sausagemeat over a medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Stir onion, garlic granules, black pepper and cheese sauce into the frying pan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each slice bread and serve warm.
