900g tomato based pasta sauce
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes, drained
6 fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped

In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the minced beef until no pink shows; drain off excess fat.
In a large pot, combine browned beef and pasta sauce over medium heat for 5 or 10 minutes. Add yellow peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. Lower heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring every once in a while.
