    About this recipe: This is the perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. A digestive biscuit base is topped with chocolate chips, coconut, pecans and sweetened condensed milk, before being baked to perfection.

    Makes: 24 squares

    • 175g digestive biscuit crumbs
    • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 115g butter, melted
    • 170g plain chocolate chips
    • 75g desiccated coconut
    • 120g chopped pecans
    • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk

    1. Preheat oven to 170 C / Gas 3.
    2. Combine the biscuit crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 23cm square baking tin. Layer the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans over the crumbs. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
    3. Bake at 170 C / Gas 3 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
