175g digestive biscuit crumbs
4 tablespoons caster sugar
115g butter, melted
170g plain chocolate chips
75g desiccated coconut
120g chopped pecans
1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 170 C / Gas 3.
Combine the biscuit crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 23cm square baking tin. Layer the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans over the crumbs. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
Bake at 170 C / Gas 3 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
