Something else. This focaccia is truly delicious. I topped it with cheddar and chopped chillis. The "hot water in a cold oven" trick seems to be the key to getting it really tender and moist. I left the water in the oven even as focaccia was baking. - 14 Jul 2008

yum! My first ever bread making trial and I couldn't believe it turned out perfectly! I didn't have parmasan so made it without, but will definitely try again and experiment! - 04 Feb 2012
