    About this recipe: A delicious Italian-inspired bread that's super-easy to make. Simply pop everything into a breadmaker and let it do its magic. The bread is wonderful with Italian food and makes fantastic sandwiches.

    Makes: 1 loaf

    • 150ml warm water (45 degrees C)
    • 240g bread flour
    • 2 teaspoons dried milk powder
    • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian herbs
    • 20g margarine
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons dried active baking yeast

    1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
    2. Select the Medium Crust and Basic/White Bread settings. Press Start.

    Absolutely yummy bread, smelt amazing when baking! Really nice. Didn't have any Italian herbs so used mixed herbs instead.  -  14 Oct 2014


    Every time I make this, I get RAVE reviews!! This also makes for great breadsticks by using the dough only setting then rolling out the breadsticks and cooking until light golden brown in the oven at 350.  -  01 Apr 2001  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
