This dish is classy enough for guests and simple enough for a weeknight meal. Spaghetti is tossed with ham, olives, Parmesan, parsley, butter and eggs. Enjoy with a side salad and/or garlic bread.

This was so simple to make, tasted lovely and very filling... Only made for 2 people so I amended the quantities and also added baby button mushrooms to the ham and garlic to sautee. Will be making again very soon!  -  02 Jan 2014

This is good but much better with ham frozen green peas cream parmesan cheese and garlic. Also a great substitute for the ham is sliced sweet or hot Italian sausage.  -  31 Jan 2007  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I actually cooked the eggs, as the recipe says to do (on low heat so they stay soft, but are still COOKED), and the results were wonderful! Great recipe!  -  30 Jun 2004  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
