Can use baby plum or cherry tomatoes and almost any fish. I omitted garlic and used fresh basil etc and placed fish over top of whole baby tomatoes and basil lemon with some capers - Placed fish over top and baked 15 mins skin side up to stop fish drying out or over-cooking - perfect. thank you.
