a very tasty easy way to cook plaice - 14 Feb 2011

Can use baby plum or cherry tomatoes and almost any fish. I omitted garlic and used fresh basil etc and placed fish over top of whole baby tomatoes and basil lemon with some capers - Placed fish over top and baked 15 mins skin side up to stop fish drying out or over-cooking - perfect. thank you. Lovely with rice pasta or boiled new potatoes - 22 Sep 2015

Absolutely delicious! Turned a rather bland fish into something special. Improvised by substituting garlic granules with nigella seeds. Great! - 19 Aug 2014
