These are made with deli ham, fresh veggies and ranch salad dressing but there are loads of variations that will work including: Chopped pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce; chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and ranch dressing; or sliced apples and peanut butter.
70g deli ham, chopped
30g shredded lettuce
30g shredded carrot
4 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
1 pitta bread, cut in half

Place ham, lettuce and carrot in a resealable plastic bag. Pour salad dressing into a small resealable container. Wrap the pita bread in cling film. Pack the ham mixture, ranch dressing and pitta bread along with a spoon in a lunch box or bag until lunch time.
Assemble pitta pocket by spooning the ham mixture into each pita half and drizzling the ranch dressing on top.
