About this recipe: This spread is so simple if you're in a pinch for what to serve at an impromptu party. Serve with crackers, crudités or pitta triangles. Leftovers are great on a sandwich.


Serves: 20 

  • 2 (200g) tubs cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons shop-bought pesto
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

Prep:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Place cream cheese and pesto in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Mix in the chives and coriander. Continue blending until smooth. Transfer to a mould lined with cling film. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 1 hour, or until firm. Turn out onto a plate to serve.
