    1. Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
    2. Select White Bread setting, and Start.

    Cook's note

I often just use the dough cycle, take the dough out when done, and let it rise one more time. I then bake it in the oven at 180 C / Gas 4 for about 28 minutes.

Absolute disaster!! Followed instructions to letter and yet completely sunk. Will not be making again!!!!  -  06 Oct 2014

Yummy bread recipe! I didn't have quick cooking oats, so I used the old fashioned. Let the bread machine do the work thru the 2nd rise, then took out and made into dinner rolls. Baked 21 minutes at 375 degrees. My family loved them!  -  26 Nov 2002  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I put everything in my bread machine last night and set the timer. In the morning, I woke up with wonderful smell of fresh bread. This bread was so moist and very delicious. I will be making this bread often.  -  05 Nov 2001  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
