1 large portobella mushroom cap
1 tablespoon pasta sauce
50g (2 oz) grated mozzarella cheese
3 black olives, pitted and chopped
2 slices chorizo, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped

Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5.
Place the mushroom on a baking tray, and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven, and spread pasta sauce in the cup of the cap. Top with cheese, olives, chorizo and garlic.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
