About this recipe:
This is a delicious dessert, thicker than a mousse. Very velvety. Best served in tea cups. You could also add brandy or rum for an extra special difference.
200g good quality plain chocolate
150ml double cream
100ml full fat milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Extra time:6hr chilling ›
- Put chocolate into a food processor and blitz untill finely chopped.
- Heat milk and cream until nearly boiling, add vanilla and allspice, and mix.
- Pour into processor, process for 30 seconds, then add egg and process for a further 45 seconds.
- Pour into tea cups and chill for 6 hours (or overnight) in the fridge.
i made this recipe and my god it was so easy and oh so delicious. i thoroughly recommend trying this

Really easy recipe and it was so delicious its become a favourite. I sometimes layer a biscuit base, salted caramel and top with the chocolate pot, it's devine!
