About this recipe: Prawns are cooked in olive oil with plenty of garlic, spring onions and parsley. Served on top of pasta with a few thin shavings of Parmesan finishes this starter off beautifully.

Recipe needs at least one more clove of garlic.Pasta water needs to be salted. I tossed it with angel hair pasta, but it needed fresh ground pepper to give it a little more umph.Next time I'll use thin spaghetti. - 01 Dec 2001 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
