Grilled garlic and butter prawns

    Sensationally easy midweek supper or starter. The grilled prawns are done when they've gone pink. Don't overcook! Serve with chips and salad.

    Serves: 4 

    • 900g medium prawns, peeled and deveined
    • 110g butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 60ml dry white wine
    • 3 spring onions, chopped

    1. Preheat the grill.
    2. Stir prawns together with butter, garlic and wine. Place on a baking tray and grill for 10 minutes. Sprinkle on spring onions and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes, until prawns are firm. Serve hot.
