This one is a quick recipe that involves no more than mixing a few basic ingredients and patting the dough into the pan. No need to wait for the dough to rise with this recipe.
Brilliant pizza recipe turns out perfect every time never had a soggy pizza like some people have said, Must be doing something wrong or wrong oven temp maybe?, Also good prep makes a good pizza no need to rush.. I also Load my pizza with toppings still dont make soggy haha Thanks
Sabzliminal; I've used this as a party food by cutting out the dough in thin circles, cooking the bases for seven mins, and then freezing the cooled results. I topped the frozen bases on the day I wanted to use them, and cooked them for ten-fifteen mins or so, and they turned out great. I doubt the raw dough would freeze as well, however...
Great recipe, but there are a few alterations I'd suggest. Made as stated in the recipe the base sticks to the pan, and the cooked dough is 'soggy'. Although edible, I've found that kneading the dough, rolling out two pizzas with the results, and cooking them for ten minutes before adding the toppings greatly improves this, while also giving a wonderfully thin base we keep coming back to time and again!
