4 (90g) packets ramen noodles (chicken flavour)
120g celery, diced
1 (225g) tin water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
115g frozen green peas
200g mayonnaise, or to taste

Break noodles and cook as directed on packet. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles, celery, water chestnuts, red onion, green pepper and peas.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise and seasoning packet from the noodles. Pour over noodle and vegetable mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate until well chilled and serve.
