About this recipe:These Swedish biscuits are known as Rosenmunnar in Swedin. I like to use strawberry jam but you can use any flavour of jam you like.

225g butter, softened
100g caster sugar
250g plain flour
160g strawberry jam

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift flour and add, mixing well. Shape dough into 2.5cm diameter balls and place on baking trays. Press your thumb in the centre of each one to make an indentation. Fill with your favourite jam.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
