30g cocoa powder
60g plain flour
150g dark brown soft sugar
125g caster sugar
85g plain chocolate chips
135g white chocolate or vanilla baking chips
50g walnuts, chopped

Mix the 80g of flour with salt. In a clean, wide mouth 1 litre jar, layer the ingredients in the order given. Starting with the flour and salt mixture, and ending with the walnuts.
Attach a decorative label to the out side of the jar with the following directions: To make these Sand Art Brownies: 1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease one 23cm square baking tin. 2. Pour the contents of the jar into a large bowl, and mix well. 3. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 160ml vegetable oil and 3 eggs. Beat until just combined. 4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
