About this recipe:An easy, creamy pasta dish with some of my fav ingredients...sausage and pasta! Sometimes I add slices of red or green pepper to it.
450g your favourite sausages
350g pasta (farfalle)
280g frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed out
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (470g) jar white pasta sauce, such as Dolmio
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper

Cook the sausage under the grill or in a frying pan. set aside.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta, and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and return to the pot along with the spinach; keep warm over medium-low heat.
Heat the olive oil in a separate pot over medium heat, and stir in the garlic, cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the white sauce and black pepper, then bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Slice the cooked sausage and add to the sauce along with the pasta and spinach. Stir until the pasta is hot and well coated with the sauce.
