Tomato and garlic pasta sauce with Brie

    55 min

Don't be surprised at the addition of brie cheese. It's delicious when melted into a freshly made tomato, garlic and basil sauce. Serve over pasta.

This is a great recipe, not many ingredients required and so easy to make! The fresh tomatoes really bring out the flavours of this dish. I would probably recommend using a stronger Brie, my local supermarket only had president which isn't the best.. Will definitely be making this again!!  -  22 Sep 2015

Wow! I just loved this dish. I didn't have fresh basil, so I added dried basil and fresh parsley. I also sauteed cubed chicken in olive oil, garlic and italian herbs on the side and added at the end. One note - you have to remove ALL of the brie rind, otherwise it won't melt and will leave floating bits of rind in your sauce.  -  07 Mar 2009  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
