Tomato and Garlic Pasta Sauce

    Enough sauce for 2 servings of pasta or to top one pizza base - no need to cook. Tinned tomatoes are cooked already so you just need to warm it through.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes
    • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 pinch sea salt & pepper to taste

    1. Drain the tinned tomatoes. Stir the chopped tomatoes garlic and olive oil together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with warm pasta.
