About this recipe:I mix tinned tuna with some onion, spread it on bread or muffins with some sliced jalapeno chilli peppers and cheese. Put it in a hot oven and the bread will toast and the cheese will melt into the tuna. It tastes delicious.
1 tin tuna, drained
1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
pickled jalapeno slices (from a jar)
4 slices of bread or 2 muffins, split
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
In a small bowl, combine tuna, minced onion and black pepper. Divide mixture onto bread or muffins. Arrange slices of jalapenos on each half. Top each with a slice of Cheddar. Place on baking tray.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.
