About this recipe:I wanted to do something different with a tin of tuna so I threw together some ingredients that I had left over from a sushi party. Now I make it all the time for lunch! Tastes best served on lettuce leaves.
1 (185g) tin tuna (in brine), drained
100g mayonnaise, or to taste
1 tablespoon wasabi paste, or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly minced root ginger
1 tablespoon freshly chopped spring onion
