    About this recipe: An easy baked salmon dish with just 5 ingredients! It's also a dish that the kids will eat!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 boneless salmon fillets
    • 1 tablespoon dried basil
    • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C / Gas 5. Line a baking tray with a piece of foil, and brush over a little oil. Place the salmon fillets onto the foil, sprinkle with basil, top with tomato slices, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
    2. Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through in the centre, and the Parmesan cheese is lightly browned on top, about 20 minutes.
