    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 175g (6 oz) chopped broccoli
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 green pepper, sliced

    Method

    1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium high heat. Sauté broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. Stir in pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender but crisp.
