About this recipe: Minced turkey is a great alternative to beef and these burgers are easy to make mid-week. The fresh ginger adds a nice kick! Serve with lettuce in baps or rolls.
I also swapped the parsley for coriander and used red onions instead of spring onions (as it's all I had) and added fresh chilli's, salt, pepper and chilli powder for a bit more of a kick. Really nice and boyfriend approved! - 21 Oct 2015
Thank you, this is so lovely, cheap and dead easy to make. I tweaked recipe a little, by adding lime juice to give turkey meat a bit of zing, and smoked garlic. Panko bread crumbs make the burgers very light. I lightly fried my burgers, takes about 20 mins. They turned out fantastic, and the flavours were more intensified the next day, when I ate the last burger for lunch. Will be doing this again, and again and again. - 26 Jun 2014
These are so good. Really moist and tasty. I didn't have parsely so I added fresh coriander instead. Might add some chilli flakes next time. I've made other turkey burgers before and these are far nicer - 08 Jun 2013
