About this recipe:
A simple, fresh salad that comes together in less than 5 minutes. The perfect complement to almost any dish.
1 (300g) bag spinach
150g (5 oz) fresh garden peas
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
100g (4 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, peas and olive oil until evenly coated. Add the lemon juice, feta and salt and pepper, and toss again.
