Yummy yogurt ice pops

    Yummy frozen yogurt but in an ice lolly!!! These clever treats are frozen in a small paper cups, which you peel away to eat.

    Serves: 3 

    • 225g (8oz) container your favourite flavour of yogurt
    • a few small paper cups
    • 3 wooden sticks (available in craft stores)
    • cling film

    Prep:1hr  ›  Extra time:30min cooling  ›  Ready in:1hr30min 

    1. Pour yogurt into 3 paper cups. Fill them almost to the top.
    2. Stretch a small piece of cling film across the top of each cup.
    3. Using the wooden ice pop stick, poke a hole in the cling film. Stand the stick straight up in the centre of the cup.
    4. Put the cups in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen solid.
    5. Remove the cling film, peel away the paper cup, and eat your ice pop!

    havee a few more ideas for this! 1) blend some strawberries and mango, mix into the yogurt, add some pineapple juice to finish it of! 2) chop mango, banana and apple into smallish pieces and stir into the yogurt, add a splash of lemon juice to add some kick! both can be done with out yogurt, and i advise you use plastic cups as the paper tends to stick! over all a lovely thing for me and my sister to do on sunny days!  -  20 Apr 2013
