Mix the icing sugar, almonds, egg whites and brandy in the blender until they are all completely blended together and the marzipan is formed. Chill in the fridge, covered with cling wrap for at least 12 hours to harden. If not hard enough, let it chill for another 6 to 12 hours.
With your hands slightly coated with icing sugar, knead the marzipan for a minute or so. Add food coloring at this point. To make the different fruits, just start from a small ball of marzipan (2 to 3cm) and give it shape, details and texture accordingly. Add the final details with royal icing.
Ehi, this is not the recipe for marzipan fruit but just for marzipan , what if a real dumb who is not able to shape anything, wants to try this recipe??? No way he could do it, plus u should give some advise about where to buy the colouring, your favorite food coloring and put some pictures of you, shaping the fruits, to help some people out.
