    About this recipe: Bake some small vol-au-vent cases then spoon on Branston Small Chunk Pickle and top with small cubes of creamy goat cheese. Finish in the oven to melt the cheese and serve warm as a festive canapé.

    • 1 pack small frozen vol au vent cases
    • 1 jar Branston Small Chunk Pickle
    • 150g goat cheese, cut into small cubes

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Bake the vol au vent cases as directed on the pack instructions.
    3. Place a teaspoonful of Branston Small Chunk Pickle in the centre of each case, ensuring that the pickle does not spill out, then top with a cube of goats' cheese.
    4. Return the canapés to the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

    Try experimenting with different cheese toppings such as blue cheese or Brie.
