Goat Cheese and Pickle Canapés

Bake some small vol-au-vent cases then spoon on Branston Small Chunk Pickle and top with small cubes of creamy goat cheese. Finish in the oven to melt the cheese and serve warm as a festive canapé.

- 1 pack small frozen vol au vent cases
- 1 jar Branston Small Chunk Pickle
- 150g goat cheese, cut into small cubes

- Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
- Bake the vol au vent cases as directed on the pack instructions.
- Place a teaspoonful of Branston Small Chunk Pickle in the centre of each case, ensuring that the pickle does not spill out, then top with a cube of goats' cheese.
- Return the canapés to the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Other ideas
Try experimenting with different cheese toppings such as blue cheese or Brie.
