4 tangerines, peeled, segmented and pips removed

Make up a Hartley's Orange Jelly tablet as per the instructions with 100ml of hot water to dissolve jelly, adding cold water as directed. Leave to cool.
Place some tangerine segments into the bottom of 4 dessert glasses then pour over the jelly over each glass and transfer to the fridge and chill until set as directed.
Arrange the slices of Swiss roll on top of each jelly then cover with a layer of chocolate custard.
To finish, sprinkle over some grated chocolate and chill before serving.
Try using a tin of mandarin oranges as an alternative to tangerines. Or for a grown up version of this recipe, add a few tablespoons of sherry to the Swiss roll
