Lemon chicken

    Chicken is coated with lemon juice, ginger and garlic before frying, an easy dish for a midweek supper.

    • 1 lemon, squeezed
    • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
    • some capers
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 500g chicken breast
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons oil

    1. Pour the lemon juice, ginger, capers and garlic over the chicken breast and massage in.
    2. Heat the oil, then cook the chicken on high until it's browned, then slowly for 1/2 hour or until it's cooked through.
