About this recipe: A super fast and healthy mid week stir fry with pork, red pepper, green beans, satay sauce and soy, garnished with basil.
I use the Yeo® brand satay sauce as I find this to be the best if not making your own. This is available from Asian supermarkets and I have recently seen it in Asda.
This can be adapted with any type of meat or seafood or even as a vegetarian dish. I have also made this with baby corn and mange tout added.
Very easy and quick to make. Looks great. Tastes amazing. A bit of a cheat using a ready made satay sauce - you could just use some peanut butter and spices. But actually I bought a satay sauce from Tesco for 50p and it was delicious so I recommend the hassle free option. - 16 Jul 2016
