Altered ingredient amounts. Added extra flour out of necessity but would suggest using 250ml of water to start rather than 350ml. You can always add a little more if needed. I would also reduce salt level to 1½tsp rather than use 2½! - 11 Dec 2010
A wet sticky mess when recipe was followed to the letter and needed an extra 25% more flour to obtain a usable consistency. I make a lot of bread but wanted to try something different for me. The rolls were very soft and light after baking, but considering how much extra flour was added, I expected them to be rather short on taste but found them excessively salty and suggest that the salt is about 30% too much for the recipe in comparison to others using similar amounts of flour. It is not something I would use again unless major adjustments to quantities and balance of ingredients were made. Sorry, but not quite good enough! - 11 Dec 2010
Took shortcuts. really good and easy. even the kids helped make the rolls. I used a breadmaker for the kneading part. - 14 Jul 2008
