- Put all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Sift the flour in. Stir all together.
- Add liquid ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Add more or less milk to change thickness of the mix (for thinner or thicker pancakes).
- Cook on an oiled flat pan at a medium heat. Flip pancakes and once lightly brown on both sides, place on a plate in a warm oven to keep warm until all are ready.
Once mixed you can add a fruit to the mix such as mashed banana, blackberries, strawberries.
Serve on warm plates with options of maple syrup, butter (you might melt in the microwave for liquid form), jams, fluffy cream, chocolate spread, etc.
