Heat the orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat; add sugar and mix until dissolved. Allow to simmer.
Add the cranberries and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. You will then hear them start to pop and burst; continue simmering for a couple of minutes. Add the tablespoon of cinnamon, raisins and the pecan nuts. Mix in well.
Take off the heat and allow to cool down. The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
