Creamy peach milkshake

    Use regular milk instead of soya milk, if desired. Likewise, make a vegan shake by using soya ice cream or Swedish Glace instead of dairy ice cream.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 (400g) tin sliced peaches, drained
    • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    • 450ml (16 fl oz) vanilla soya milk
    • 4 tablespoons orange juice

    Prep:1min  ›  Ready in:1min 

    1. In a blender, combine peaches, ice cream, soya milk and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

    The idea of using the combo of peaches and orange juice sounded good; however I'm not sure I'd care for the canned peaches, and we can get really tasty fresh peaches in the grocery store now. So for 2 servings I used two fresh peaches (peeled), 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 4 ice cubes to lighten it up.
