About this recipe:This is a recipe I use a lot, I make it for my local pub. It's had lots of great feedback from the customers, and it's a hit with a few of the staff too! It's easy to make and doesn't need baking.
I halved the ingredients which still makes a big cheesecake, to make it look extra special I melt a couple of chunks of white and dark chocolate chunks separately, blob these on the top and swirl it round with a skewer, it looks and tastes gorgeous!!! very easy to make and never lasts long - 17 Oct 2013
