Easy lentil and bacon soup

    2 hours 15 min

An easy soup which can also be made in the slow cooker. I prefer this soup really thick but other family members prefer it thinner, so add stock accordingly.

I use a large soup pan so depending on size keep checking its not sticking and add more water. Also add salt and pepper to your taste.
