Serves: 6
- selection of seasonal fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 shop bought large flan case
- 1 (70g) packet Greens® red quick jel

- Peel and slice fruit and arrange in flan case.
- Make up the gel according to packet instructions.
- Cool slightly and cover fruit, chill to set.
