In a microwave safe container heat stock for 1 to 2 minutes.
Place veg and optional flavour packet at the bottom of a serving bowl. Place ramen in serving bowl, on top of veg.
By now the stock is boiling in the microwave. Pour this into the serving bowl. Quickly, cover the serving bowl with an appropriate sized plate to lock in the heat. Let this stand for approximately 3 minutes.
Make it healthier
Leave out the packet of "Flavour Enhancer" and use a low salt stock.
